The general idea is that it drives a nail through the tounge of your opponent after you summon it.. then after that they have a nail in their tounge, so they are in pain and you can take their wallet, Remember they wont notice.. becuase they have a nail in their tounge, and that hurts alot.. so its distracting...... which is why .. you can steal wallets
