if you're gonna ban him..just ban him. this sort of thing is making me question the admin integrity. rules should be adhered to, straight up no question..if someone makes one offense make sure he pays for it, no matter what good he made in the past.

and even if you do ban this fucker, he can always reregister as another user.

I take it that he isn't permabanned, weird. I would think that topic about the hurricane and airplane would get you a permaban.
