As I draw near to my thousandth post, I was wondering if i could remain a "Jounin" don't really like missing nin, Hunter nin or mist lord. Would very much prefer to stay with the title I already have.

Did the request to have the titles OP, fairy tale or naruto related been patched? I saw some earlier posts that said it would be trivial to do but is there such a filter? I would much rather a pirate title.....however low I may be now it would still be better than being a genin

I believe you have to wait until you are "doing well in the popularity contest" (one level higher than "impossible to dislike") to do that. That or "has won the popularity contest".

The custom forum title is an incentive and bonus for others to make good and thoughtful posts to gain that privilege to be able change their title.
Also, because you have more reputation, you have greater credibility on the forums and others who are reading the forums are more likely to read and hold seniors' posts higher than a person with lower reputation.
That was the intention anyway when the forums were popular (circa 2004-2008).
I would like a Fairy Tail title actually... wonder what the manga readers could come up with...
I really won't care for being a Dragon Slayer though.. not a Natsu fan, hah.

Might I suggest people post what titles that they think should be added to the system and we can form a formal plea to the admins namely Complich8.
I happy with just Jounin. But it might not be a bad idea to update some of the titles a bit to reflect newer series.
My pick would be:
Drifter as in the manga. don;t really think it is very known but it is a really good manga.
Whitebeard Pirates
Strawhat Pirates
Four Emperors
Ten Wizards Saints
Sage
and so on

What if we come up with the ranking in accordance to how popular the series are in gotwoot? At least it would be somewhat democratic
like i said, post what Title you think so be added and if there is enough support for an update to the titles a poll can be formed and members can vote for their favorite picks. Then pleading is the next step.
