Here's a Classic funny video: Plane Crazy is the first silent short to feature a certain famous anthropomorphic rodent. This film was released May 15th 1928 (six months before steamboat willy). A soundtrack was added in December 1928. I love how mischievous the mouse acts in this short. I wish he still acted this way.

Like most musicians, I assume she spent years in relative obscurity before a lucky break gave her a bit more attention. I've been listening to her other songs on youtube, and loads of the comments talk about how they heard about her through the show.
