Douchebag kids shouldn't have run and resisted the ticket they were getting.
Yeah, that cop has serious anger problems, and should not have acted the way he did, putting a bunch of kids in chokeholds nearly unprovoked, but they weren't exactly making the situation any better. This guy has a pretty good response to the video in his video description. Example of excessive force, with the wrong kind of reaction.
