Live-Evil's gonna drop it also
For all you awesome people, it's just Phoenix. The numbers are just the amount of times people misspell it.
For the love of God!! If Baka drops it too, we're screwed. >_<
Oh boy......... this doesn't look good at all..........
So far, they say that they don't have any comments about the licensing.
It's at eps 14 of 50. Some people said the same thing about Eureka 7 and Bleach as I recall. (Bleach 14 was around the time Ichigo fought the Menos, and after that everyone was like "OMFG!!Z this series iz teh bestest!!" where before many were still deciding if it was worth it. After that eps, the fanbase seemed to double or even triple.)
It just needed time to develop, which unfortunately it didn't get.
Not what it sounded like to me, but whatever.Originally posted by: el_boss
Meh, the show isn't that good anyway. I was about to stop watching it anyway.
Well here's Blood+ episode 15 for those that have been wating..........http://www.dreamorabt.com/down...76EB126%5D.avi.torrent
Which is better Shinsen or Bakaozou?
Doesn't really matter much now does it?
Both groups are decent, I just dislike the size of Bakakozou's encodes. Very unfriendly to my bandwidth. The translations are as good if not slightly better than Shinsen's (since Shinsen's translators tend to take liberties from time to time with them).
And, it REALLY doesn't matter as this is the latest out of Shinsen (borrowed from the Blood + Licensed by Sony thread, posted by nests)Originally posted by: t1no

Shinsen-subs has decided to stop subbing Blood+

Contrary to posts from elsewhere on the forums, Shinsen-subs has decided to drop Blood+.
This is solely my decision as translator of the series. A majority of the rest of the group opposes it, but I feel that Sony is unlikely to display the same restraint as Funimation or Bandai, and that exposing myself, my family, and the rest of the Blood+ team to legal risk is foolishness. For all the talk of Funi's "high-handedness", none of us were sued, and indeed in the entire history of fansubbing, nobody has been. I believe that this is because the anime companies that we know and love are all closely involved with the community, and have far too much to lose through legal methods when a simple C&D letter would suffice. I also believe that this is not true of Sony.
Just to clarify, here's what this does NOT mean:
SHS has NOT recieved any notice from Sony.
SHS has NOT suddenly switched to an unliscenced-only group.
As this is my decision and not the groups, the forum is an inappropriate place to register any complaints you may have. I can be contacted at sairai_x@hotmail.com, or via the PM button in the forum.
We hope you've enjoyed this series so far, and that you'll continue to enjoy our other releases.
Humans are different from animals. We must die for a reason. Now is the time for us to regulate ourselves and reclaim our dignity. The one who holds endless potential and displays his strength and kindness to the world. Only mankind has God, a power that allows us to go above and beyond what we are now, a God that we call "possibility".
I like how there are parallel storylines to the main one. It adds an aspect where Saya and Red Shield can be off in Russia tracking Diva (or trying to) while the Reporter and Mao, confirmed as a Yakuza Ojou, track the business end of it from France.
It should make it easier for the two stories to make a complete picture of what's been going on for the past 30-40 years since the first movie. As well as hopefully finally figuring out Saya's origin as a vampire.
Yea... I actually liked that episode, with the "detective work" style of things... pretty neat.
also, it has never been stated explicitly, in the movie or the show that she was a vampire no?
The other David (at least I assumed it's a different one now, 30+ years) said:
"Don't ever piss her off again. As far as we know, she's only remaining original!"
That, coupled with the title of the movie, gives that impression. There is a final photo labeled [Vampire] of her from 1892 at the end of the movie, which coincides with her memories of a garden castle in the series (clothes are the same style as the photo I believe). As for the series, she also has tiny fangs (that you don't ever really get a good look at in the movie, but I think you can see them in the fire before seconds before she gets the sword; about 34 min in), got regular infusions of blood from Julia (in the first several eps), and there are other hints here and there.
It's never explicitly said, but it's implied implicitly a lot.
After this episode, I love the Mao character...
I also found it awesome that when Mao and the reporter are talking in the dinner, the guy who was following the reporter passes infront of their table with the wine in his hand, and then you can see him drive off through the window... I found those little tidbits well done...
I noticed the guy passing by them with the wine, but not the driving off part. Haha, that part cracked me up, especially after they showed the ransacked office.
Man, that girl has quite an obsession with Kai. I don't think there would be anybody at that age who would go that far.
Mao is Ami Koshimizu of School Rumble (Tenma), Mai-Otome (Nina), and Eureka 7 (Anemone).
I recongized it in this eps right away from the imperious Yakuza Ojou tone that so resembles Nina Wang. I didn't even notice in the last eps though.
The two of them will probably be one of the most interesting side stories of a series I've seen. I was actually a little dissapointed the next eps goes back to Saya and company.
Let's hope the ratio doesn't stay the same. 14 Saya eps to every reporter guy ep.Originally posted by: Ryllharu
