    I've heard the series takes place at or very near modern day, and I know the movie takes place in the 1960's at an American Air Base. I'd be willing to bet you'd probably be okay not watching the movie, there really isn't all the much that actually takes place. The best part of it was it was both in english and japanese when it was originally produced. All they did to bring it over was sub the opposing language.

    I dont like how she looks now compared to movie? In which she looked awesome.

    Also it looks to bright for vamp show but hopefully they will make it good anyway.

    Yeah, Live-Evil did a pretty good job with episode 1. Does anyone know where to download the movie? I checked Boxtorrents but I couldn't find anything.
