TV: Smallville

I watched the final episode last night. I'm going to miss this show. Lex being back was just epic.

I had hoped for more than a few minutes of him in the suit but oh well. Decent way to end the series I guess. :/

I felt like the season finale was a major let down. The final 'fight' was a joke and I didn't feel particularly moved by all the flashbacking to the stuff that had happened in Smallville that made Clack be Superman (which I did notice was never once uttered). The scenes with Lex were islands of goodness and I cared about Tess' fate so I can't say it was a total failure for me but for the most part I'm just glad it's over and I won't feel compelled to watch anymore to make my earlier investment not worthless.
