Released yesterday. Anyone play it or has tried it? Personally I think the hdr effects are amazing. Seeing the light being reflected off a flag or in the water, just adds simple touches to the game. Any thoughts, opinions?

Idealism is what precedes experience; cynicism is what follows.
Day of Defeat is kick ass! also try playing some of the other 3rd party games, like the specialists, Dragonball z, or that mid 1700 game, forgot what it was called.
No one but the enemy will ever teach you how to destroy and conquer. Only the enemy shows you where you are weak. Only the enemy tells you when he is strong. And the rules of the game are what you can do to him and what you can stop him from doing to you. I am your enemy from now on. From now on, I am your teacher."

I got mine from Steam. The silver package is rather good value for what you get. You purchase the package online then you can download what games you want to play instantly.
Check out it out here for more information.HALF-LIFE 2 SILVER
HALF-LIFE 2 SILVER INCLUDES:
Half-Life 2
Counter-Strike: Source
Half-Life: Source
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Day of Defeat: Source
PLUS: Valve's BACK CATALOG available on Steam
I believe you'll also get Half Life: Lost Coast when it is released too.

Yah but the best part of Steam, is the 3rd party games, they have some sweet mods, I suggest you guys buy the package, and you can play mostly all the games of Valve.
