I WAS going to say what Mut said about how Sasuke could recover from the 64 hakke thing, but then I thought of how he killed Kidomaru - who was only slightly weaker than Sasuke. Or maybe he was a lot weaker. Whatever the case, that fact also muddles things up a bit.

My reason for voting Sasuke: level 2 curse seal = stronger, faster, and more chakra. Which was enough to beat a "level 2 kyuubi-Naruto".

That's the thing, Sasuke is tremendously more powerful than Kidoumaru. In Shounen anime, the exiting point of a character (especially villains) in the plot/arc/saga is what usually determines their significance and strength. I hate to say this but DBZ is a classic example.

I thought the curse seal uses up chakra just to activate it? I think Sasuke said that somewhere in the anime when he got the third dot in his eyes. I dunno, that's what i remember at the time. So, if Sasuke was hit by the 64 hands..wouldn't that mean he could not activate it?

There are 3 type of Ninja skills: Ninja Teachnique (like chidori), Illusion Technique, Close Combat
Very obvious, Niji is Close Combat type, and Sasuke is Ninja Teachnique type (as he use so many spell)

Sasuke can run faster than Neji? And he can run out of 64 hit attack range? Come on... Even Sasuke after chidori traning, Sasuke may run as fast as Rock Lee, but he will run out Stamina will run out in no time... (See Sasuke vs Garra). Besides, you are telling me Sasuke run backward faster than Neji run forward?

64 Hits take zero second to get ready... Besides Sasuke know Neji will use it at begining, and get ready to run from begining, there is no way Sasuke body could react so fast... (even with his Sharingan, he at most can dodge)

Why Neji is buzy going but Sasuke has time to release blood seal? non-sence
Mistake 5: Line 6 and 7
If Sasuke really use lion combo, which mean Sasuke and Neji are zero distant,. When Neji use kaiten, Sasuke eat direct damage (losee)
Mistake 6: Line 10
Remember the battle between Neji and Kidoumaru, Even Neji force to split Kaiten, Neji still can release his chakra to block his last thowing knife. (Chidori may hit this time) And, he also can simple "walk" away from the chidori attack after all fireball attack (otherwise, why he need to stop Kaiten?).
Can Kaiten block Chidori or not, let the author decided that...

For any reason, if Sasuke really can run away from 64 hit attack range, or he is not in attack range from begining, why Neji need to charge him? In that case, see my another article before (the 24 hrs long battle)
My simulation is base on Sasuke and Neji fight fair at begining, face to face (like the exam). Sasuke will stand within 64 hit attack range, even with Blood Seal, and Neji could charge without broken in the middle

Everyone who says either sasuke or neji will own each other needs to think it through logically because if you dont, you are just presenting a case of a fallacy in hasty generalization. Remember, what we think is just purely hypothetical. We never know under what circumstances neji and sasuke will meet in. Mut is right in saying there isnt any correlation between the spider guy's and sasuke's CS 2 because Kishimoto can pull anything he wants out of the wazoo. If you think about it, neji should have owned naruto, but naruto ended up winning. Also who knows what crazy ass techniques sasuke has learned (and if he has developed mangekoyu sharingan or not, in which case he would murder neji). Also the notion that sasuke is not a genius is a little off. I dont think that being a "genius" in naruto world means making all new jutsus, instead its the ability to be adequate in everything aspect of being a ninja and work them proficiently (maybe even have a bloodline). As for my vote: Rock Lee all the way!

I like "there isnt any correlation between the spider guy's and sasuke's CS 2" and "what crazy ass techniques sasuke has learned"... I agree with that, that why i create the simulation that cover as much as possible...

By the way, about the genius part. Personally, I did not add much of that in my post... and just other people say Sasuke and Neji are genius (actually, everyone is genius, he/r has his/her talent ^_^)

overall reply: i just decided to read your ridiculous comment to my scene and hopefully you'll have the sense to know that I WAS BEING FUCKING SARCASTIC!!! you gave neji advantage in your scene, i gave sasuke advantage in my scene. and for mistake

mistake 1 reply: like i said EVERYBODY can use taijutsu, you gotta be kidding me if your telling me that sasuke cant use taijutsu (fight against garra gai said "why would kakashi have him master lee's level of taijutsu?") and as mut said, kyubi naruto is a hell lot faster than neji. and sasuke fairy wing was on par if not faster than kyubi naruto.

mistake 6 reply: umm...neji cant keep spinning forever you know. when gai described it chidori was an attack that could "pierce through anything" the only way to appear completely uninjured from the chidori would be to overpower it (like with a rasnegan or another chidori which neji has neither of), to attack sasuke before he could get the attack off or to dodge it. in kakashi gaiden we've seen kakashi use chidori continiously (1 chidori piercing 20 different targets) sasuke has the speed and eyes to dodge the counter.
mistake 7 reply: neji charge at sasuke because as you said neji is close range, he cant do shit from far so obviously to attack neji has to charge in.

If we're using Kidoumaru's Seal 2 as a gauge for how Neiji would do against Sasuke Seal 2, Kidoumaru Seal 2 took Neiji to the limit (brink of death). So if we were looking at Curse Seal Level 2 heirarchies here, it goes Jiroubu, Kidoumaru, Tayuya/Sakon, Sasuke, Kimimaro. Even though it was stated that Sasuke's seal was more powerful than Kimimaro's, I'd give it to Kimimaro because it was Sasuke's first time using Level 2 against Kyuubi Naruto and I couldnt think, on the first try, he realized Level 2's all-around potential even tho it seemed he maxed out its sheer power.

The 2nd to last in the hierarchy of Curse Seal Level 2 users took Neiji to the brink of death. Then in that sense, the top/near top of that hierarchy should/would decimate Neiji.

In terms of speed, I would argue the speed in the lvl 2 sasuke/kyuubi naruto fight was hokage level speeds (if there's a such thing..maybe we should just call it "too damn fast". There's no way Neiji would process what's coming at him even tho he can see it from practically all directions. If it was Rock Lee speeds or Sasuke (at time of Gaara fight) speed, he could handle it..but level 2 speeds? i really really doubt it.

And dont forget, Sasuke would first fight in his normal state, then go to level 1, then go to level 2. Neiji would be way too taxed to put up even a decent fight by the time Sasuke powers up to level 2.

I agree somehow. but, in that case, could you say "Sakura could win Lee in close combat"? Sure, Sasuke has good combat skills as well ... but there is no way he can beat Neji in close combat (but for sure, sasuke could beat Neji in something else, just like Kakashi and Gai.)
About the Speed, we see Sasuke speed when vs Garra, and Neji speed when 128 hits, but we can see Sasuke run out of stamina very fast. But on the other hand, Sasuke may has a stronger hit because Neji does "intra-damage" instead of Lee's phy damage.

Why do people keep thinking that Neji is SO FUCKING FAST that Sasuke won't just be able to dodge Neji's attacks? During Sasuke's fight with Naruto as soon as Sasuke obtained the 3rd comma, he stood there contemplating how he should smash Naruto's face in while kyuubi'd Naruto was lunging straight at him. Jesus christ, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that Sasuke's sharingan is enormously improved, which can only mean that Neji will always be in slow motion in Sasuke's eyes no matter how fast Neji is.

Yeah, Vasco, of course Sakura couldn't beat Lee, but Neji and Sasuke are more similar in their abilities than those two. It's hard to say who's better because neither are radically stronger in Taijutsu. They each fight well, and each have an eye techinque to help them.

Come to think of it, Sasuke has never seen the 64 hit technique, so he would not expect to dodge it. If he did manage to escape it, it would be because of his speed and sharingan (Imagine him quickly jumping backwards, or upwards, or using kawarimi). I guess it just comes down to whether or not he can escape that move. And also if Sasuke can recover from it - which he may not be able to do.

I'm sticking with Sasuke though, he's just considerably more powerful with his curse seal. Even without it, I think it would be a close fight.

It seem a lot of Sasuke fan think He can faster than Neji ... OK, let's see this example
- Sasuke may obtain fast speed, but we also know it draw back as well (It draw a lot of stamina from him) if he use blood seal to increase the speed, he could run out of stamina and chakra in no time (forget about it)
- We could see Neji speed from 128 hits + how he dodge/hit every sprider and thowing knife. If the same goes to Sasuke, do you think Sasuke can do the same thing with his speed? (Sure, Sasuke can use fire spell take care all, but we are talking about speed here)
By the way, in Sasuke eye, everything may be slow down... but in Neji eye (When he hiting sprider, everything seem STOP.... so, who is faster? And, Sasuke may see fast, but can body can react with it? if not, junk!

about the 64 hits... the only way Sasuke will not get damage from it is either dodge or block it with chakra... Instead of saying can Sasuke recovere chakra flow or not after get hit (since Naruto and Sasuke are different), what about the the damage Neji done on Sasuke from 64 hits? Remember when Neji vs Hinata, they said Neji attack is use Chakra to damage interanl organ (even a small damage is fatal)... so, if sasuke did not dodge 64 hits, just block it with arm or so, his arm won't able to use for sure. (Sasuke will become dead meat)

About Kaiten, Until you can give me a way how Sasuke can stop it, otherwise, don't said sasuke can stop it

My simulation is byakugan > 64 hits > 128 hits > Kaiten > 128hit (when Sasuke flying) > Game over
I did bot expect either the first 64 and 128 do much damage to sasuke, and use Kaiten to make him fly like a bird, then Sasuke lose defence and finish him. The whole simulation is link (no room / time for you to stop kaiten anyway), Sasuke will have no chance to do any counter-attack.

Lv2 seal doesn't mean anything to me because Neji can kill Sasuke by one hit (to the heart, don't tell me he can live without heart), so 128 hits is good enough to make sure he die 128 times ^_^

The only way Sasuke could stop Kaiten is probably with his Sharingan-controlled windmill blades, but I dunno if Neji would fall for that.

Or just a direct chidori probably. I don't think Kaiten has the power to deflect it that fast.
