Neji, and it has been a while since we have seen him in action, so he may know something like the Divine 256 Strikes or something and since Sasuke only has one type of chakra, he gets hit by that and he is dead, oh and don't forget that Sasuke has a limit on how many Chidoris he can use so if Neji dodges all of them Sasuke = OWNED.
I'd just like to say that Chidori is more powerful than Kaiten. It's just as much, if not more , chakra focused into a very small space. Though I'm not sure Sasuke could break through Kaiten with it. All that has to do with physics n' shit. Reminds me of the "Rasengan vs. Garouga" arguments.

Nothing slowed down. He was just moving slow fast, the camera slowed everything else down to show him at normal speed.

Let analysis what Sasuke and Neji have:
Sharingan vs Byakugan:
Rock Lee had said, close combat user is natural enemy of Sharingan. Even Sasuke may able to see Neji move, unless Sasuke can catch up Neji speed, Sasuke still has trouble with that.
One the other hand, Byakugan gives Neji 360 degee vision + Kaiten, which leave no blind point for sasuke to attack.
By the way, all technique Neji know are blood-line technique, which sharingan cannot copy.
Chidori vs Kaiten:
Both Chidori and Kaiten are chikra, so base on which one stronger. Let say Kaiten cannnot block Chidori. I believe Chidori is linear attack (and kind of slow as well), and required hand seal (which mean cannot link from previous attack). Even without kaiten, there is no way Neji will hit by it. Neji could dodges Chidori easier because he has 360 degee vision + speed. The only way Chidori may hit Neji is when Neji cannot move.
Divine 64 Strikes:
Actually, 64 or 128 or even 1024 strickes is not the matter. The main thing is can it get it or not. As long as Sasuke keep long distant, this attack wont' work. But once Neji hit, sasuke lose.
Blood Seal:
It is double edge sword. Yes, it increase the chikra, but also use up much faster. If Neji use "hit and run" and "time consume", let sasuke use up most of Chikra, Neji win.
In order to make Sasuke win:
Long range attack Neji, or shoot chidori to Neji blind point from 300 Meters away, or find a way to slow Neji movement, then chidori.
For Neji to win:
Just keep in close combat in 360 degree range. Sooner or later, sasuke will use up chikra then Neji can win easily. Or wait for the chance to use Divine 64 Strikes, since Sasuke defence is not "absolute defence", which mean full of flaw...

Neji has speed. That is undeniable. And in that instance, the kid was moving at such an alarming pace that it chose to show such by the means of slowing everything down around him. Which makes sense, right? I mean, if you're the person moving extremely fast, everything around you would seem to be in slow motion. Meanwhile, those on the outside looking at you, most likely couldn't keep up with their eyes.

I actually like Sasuke a lot more than I used to. In the beginning, since Naruto was such a goofball, I loved the guy. But, after his battle with Naruto and his line, "I will not become your puppet. I will obtain new power my own way .." Man, I really thought that was a defining moment for him, and my unmitigated dislike lightened up a bit. I won't be participating in any "We Love Sasuke" marches ( [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] ), but the kid's okay in my book. He's just no Rock Lee. And, in this case .. He's no Neji.

Sasuke because his bloodline limit has a big potential compared to that of the Hyuga.
Potential is nothing unless utilized and fully exploited.

I only voted for Sasuke with the curse seal activated.
Under normal conditions, I'm still undecided. I think Neji might win in that situation. But who knows.

I actually like Sasuke better as a character I jus think Neji would be the one to finish the job in the end.Taijustu wise Neji owns in that department. Speed wise Sasuke might be alittle faster than Neji in the beginning but would soon his stamina would drop. Kaiten would be Nejis answer to Kaiton and Chidori.
If Sasuke curse seal level 1 or 2 then Neji would lose
Well Sasuke can use those triple windmill wire things but i guess Neji could break through them...unless Sasuke can somehow learn a paralyzing jutsu i don't think he will have a chance against Neji in h2h..but Sasuke may also be able to dodge the 64 palms of doom attack (made up name ^^[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] with the sharingan...especially since it could see how fast Kyuubi Naruto was going which should be a big thing and help him...but in a battle of no bloodline I say Sasuke hands down since Neji needs to use the Byakugan to see the tenketsu points and he does seem to be quite useless without the Byakugan =/

Neji was laying the smack on him without the Byakugan, and those were old flashbacks when they were much younger.
His taijutsu without Byakugan is above par. With Byakugan, it's amazingly superior.
in the anime neji wouldn't stand a chance bcuzz sasuke has a bigger role. but when we look at skill and not at the anime(story) neji would OWN sasuke.
No matter how amazing is Neji with his Taijutsu, Sasuke can always predict his movements. Sasuke's three dot sharingan was able to predict Naruto's movements aided by Kayubi and those moves were really matrix style (referring to ep 132,133,134).Originally posted by: Strider

Sauske for the win. Like JD said, his Sharingon would see past all of Neji's taijistsu, and Sauske's cursed seal would take care of any tricks Neji has. Cursed seal lv. 2 almost killed Naruto(Who was using the Nine Tail Chakra). Neji would die and Sauske would own.
