I think they set it up intentionally to make people vote to drop it. We all know the translator hates Air Gear.
It's sad that no one seems to like Air Gear among the scanlating community, its an awesome series.

Yeah, this chapter had some nice humour in it, the vote seemed to be a joke, than it actually got real.

Read 34-37. This was some good stuff. I like how Kazu has gotten alot of development in these chapters, the perverted dude riding on his head still needs to get serious and get some skill though.

To me it is a little to much. I'm not really amused by that kind of jokes, okey once in a while they are fun if they are unexpected but this author keeps throwing them in our faces almost every chapter. If he would give the manga a little more depth and seriousness it would be alot better.
I find there to be a good balence of comedy and seriousness in Air Gear. A lot of scenes are serious, but too
much seriousness isnt always good. I think the author wants people to enjoy Air Gear like a family sitcom,
not an action or drama.

What kind of family sitcom is all about sexjokes? There is nothing wrong with jokes, i like the occasional idiotic adventures of the fat dude and i love Akito's weird stuff but like 3 chapters in a row they pulled sexjokes about Ringo in the middle of a A-T battle, to me that is just bad timing. Fine if they joke around fro mtime to time but in the middle of a battle? At least leave us with some seriousness.
