I've just watched up to ep 5, and I'm hooked. Everyone else should watch this as well.

The movie chracters don't really look like their anime counterparts, but I'm gonna watch it anyway: )

Its a great anime. Its a bit bizarre and ninja techniques are quirky but very interesting.

    Movie looks good too.

Can anyone confirm Okoi^Sugoi is still alive and subbing? I hate nonamewinner's vid quality but it's better than waiting for a dead duck

The last episode Okoi^Sugoi did was episode 12 and that was nearly two months ago. They are alive but why they arent subbbing I dont know.

Also NoNameWinners release was two weeks ago. The raws for episodes from 17-22 are available here.

I hope they release two episodes in a row.

I just want to say that i've seen 4 episodes now and it's great.. Gennosuke is to cool.. his eyes, mysterius, powerful yet trustworthy eyes.....

How many episodes have been realesed and how many have been subbed? I'll be mortified if this was a series everyone stoped subbing...

YaY isso joins in on the Basilisk greatness, did the top 5anime thread make you check it out? Anyways the last subbed ep was 16 and NoName still seems to be doing it, they usually take like 2-3weeks but release about 2eps.

The lack of Basilisk in my life these days is really frustrating me.

Who are your favourite characters from both Kouga and Iga?

I loved Okoi and Yashamaru. Too bad they didn't last very long.

I can't be bothered to think of who is in which clan right now but Tenzen is easily my favorite.
