This wasn't as much of a revelation the description made it out to be. Given how absurdly clear the complexion of most glamor cosplay shots look (as opposed to the ones at Cons with the background faces blotted out) they are either wearing a layer-cake worth of makeup, or heavy post processing is involved.Originally Posted by Archangel

It looks like the video maker took her picture and edited it down to the bad picture, then edited it back to the real deal.

That's what I think, for no reason other than gut feeling. There's no reason to keep a preprocessed picture in these situations.

thats such an awesome idea! i wonder if any of the street-statue performers in NO, LA ever do stuff like that? because those guys are crazy awesome at that type of stuff, adn I think could pull it off incredibly.

Of course it is. You can even see the paint on his other shoe has suffered from walking. So, he doesn't need two bodybuilders to carry him around to different locations.
Yeah, I think that picture was taken at Dragoncon 2009, and I recall reading that people saw that guy all over the place. He just carried the bottom piece around and stood on it for pictures.
