Agreed. The red hair would be Tetsu (the protagonist) from that series. There's also another character who looks like that Sasuke wannabe, same for the one to the right of him.

Seems like the macross frontier cosplayers have a hard time being high quality.
It's not that it's real bad, more like I cosplay that character because I like it. Fabric seem to be from your average cosplay kit at times. I hope we'll get some quality cosplay sometime. It may be hard without PS I guess...
