The first and third shots of the Gundam Pilots seemed a little off, and their faces made it look a bit weird. Second pic was really good though IMO, and looks really convincing.

Agreed. His hand of his is clearly not burning red, and it doesn't look like he can hear it's load roar, telling him to grasp victory.
He should have gone for an angry expression, not a disaffected one. G Gundam is not SEED nor is he playing Setsuna from 00.

I don't recall seeing Horo cosplay before. Quite cute, I have to say! The Nami one is good as well, though it would be hard for most Japanese to be totally faithful due to the generous boobage Oda gives his female characters...

These are so shopped up that they're a bit scary. Especially the eyes.
