Your so-called "Korean eyes" are not Korean. Koreans have eyelid surgery because the majority of them DO NOT have the eyelid fold. That's why it's one of the most popular and common plastic surgeries in Korea. If you see a Korean with eyelid folds, they've most likely have had surgery or are using tape. It's quite rare to find a Korean with natural eyelid folds.
