The Gin one looks fantastic. The eyes are almost spot on, but the smile can be a little sharper [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I don't really like the Gin, he has white hair, and what makes his complexion so much paler than anyone else's, to warrant painting his skin white?

Perhaps the guy has naturally dark skin.
Both of the ones nests posted are great. Especially Gin's eyes and Sakon's/Ukon's hair.

The costumes are very nice, though Winry's is probably not too hard to pull off.

^ The guy doing Asuma in the naruto group pic is probably the only one that looks somewhat like any of the characters. I've seen much worse though. I don't know what the buldge in the back of Rock Lee's head is, but it looks unnatural.
