    It's an event held in Akihabara to raise awareness for global warming. The maids are actually from the various shops and cafes along Akihabara, and the theme of the event is to "cool down" the streets of Akiba for their "goshuujin-sama" (masters). More information here if you're interested. In Japanese text only though.

    I know I've posted the pics of Riku, Tifa and Aerith before, but I just wanted to point out that Riku, Aerith, Tifa, Yuna and Kudaj (Advent Children) are all cosplayed by the same girl.
