    It's not random, it's pretty obviously a variation of Hatsune Miku from Vocaloid2. The sleeves and color scheme give it away. Considering how much cosplay there is of her out there (even in the Lucky Star OVA), I'm at least a little surprised that it is not more well recognized by now.

    Great finds either way.

    I love Miku from Vocaloid!!

    I forgot that cosplayer's name...but anyway, she did it pretty well. Wish she had the long green pigtails though.
