Tis human nature sir. If you want a better answer, here it is.
Everyone will notice the good things, no need to say them. The bad things take more skill to notice. Go to some cosplay sites and they consider this to be good cosplay. Why? Because to a lot of people, cosplay is cosplay. Now us here in the "good" cosplay thread look at them and critique them to certain standards, such as body type and such. Others don't. So that's why it seems like we always look at the bad. When people point out mistakes, it's just to filter the bad things from it (or sometimes to make it seen) so people will know what to ignore and what to look for.

Sakura has weird teeff and her hitai is kinda off.
What I like is that her hair doesn't look shitty wig reflective hair that has a bad color.
