I'm just going to make this a text-based game thread, since I've recently been getting into these type of games, and don't wanna spam the forum with a whole buncha threads.
I recently came upon Time Hunter, and I just can't seem to stop no matter what I do...This game is pretty much perfect for all you people on dial-up or wireless or whatevar slow internet connection you have, since no graphics are needed. Click. I currently have 3 chars: Dwanin (Lvl 9 Dwarf, Clan: Nidavellir), Psanic (Lvl 8 Psion, No Clan yet), Rokobo (Lvl 8 Human, Clan: Freebirds)
Introduction taken from "helps page" (good to read for beginners): Time Hunter is a web based multi-user adventure. Characters will move through various eras and slay enemies, gain gold, experience and purchase new equipment. The ultimate aim is to achieve Time Hunter status. Characters complete the game after slaying the Grand Master in the Mystic era at level 32. Please feel free to try all races and classes by creating multiple characters while maintaining a single user account.
Stamina and duels, along with magic points, are replenished every 4 hours. The 4 hour period commences from when new stamina was last added. You may log back into the game within this 4 hour period without resetting the time when stamina will next be added. Also, magic replenishes as your stamina replenishes. Note: If your stamina is at full then your magic will not replenish.
The game offers special privileges for players that choose to support Time Hunter and make a small donation. This donation can be assigned to one of your characters for added benefits including more rapid stamina refresh and the ability to purchase special items in the store. Click on the 'donate' button in the game to see the various donation options and benefits. [You also get the ability to make a clan yourself]
Characters will move through four eras:
* Caveman - dominated by unintelligent monsters, primitive wooden weapons and little magic
* Ancient - dominated by the undead, with metal weapons and the emergence of magic
* Medieval - dominated by powerful beasts, magical weapons and powerful spells
* Mystic - dominated by intelligent and mystical beings, advanced magical weapons and deadly magic
The Pit provides an area where players can duel each other in real time combat. A win in the pit duel results in 20% bonus gold and bonus experience rewards. Death in the pit carries no penalty and still provides standard experience rewards. Challenge someone today!
