Definitly fake. Those are just modified scenes, three of which are from the first mission.
For all you awesome people, it's just Phoenix. The numbers are just the amount of times people misspell it.

The first image doesn't look too good. It looks like it just doesn't fit with his eyes. The other 3 images look great. Props to whomever made them.
The second image is terrible. The mouth and nose are not even drawn in the same style. It looks like something from a CLAMP bishounen manga.
Edit: I also don't think he was smirking like that during that scene.
His real face would look more like the last picture - except maybe his lips are smaller (they look kinda funny as is)

I think all of them are great, kudos to the editor, as he/she is obviously very skilled (even made all the faces similar).
The second one is the coolest IMO
these have already been shown before.....
in fact i believe the creator of most of those pics was once a member here a while back

The second one isn't that good but the rest look awesome. He looks like a nice person without a mask.
is there going to be another episode where naruto and sakura (not sasuke since he is gone) gonna try to see kakashi face?, because it was very dumb when he remove his mask, and under thats mask, there was another mask...
That was a filler episode. I am not so keen on seeing another filler again.
