Torrents are files that open with bittorrent or bitorrent clients. You need this in order to use torrent downloads. Here's a link to the offical one.

You can't keep asking questions and expect answers. If every new forum user starts a thread like this the whole forum would be flooded. Ask your download questions in the anime download section and ask your torrent questions in the user support section.
