Hmmm... Hard to choose. I liked the episode where Luffy finally gets his bounty. He was so happy, lol. For funny moments I'd pick either the one when everyone's getting turned into wax scultures and Zoro decides that if he's going to be a statue he wants to be in a cool pose. Or when they're chasing the south bird through the jungle and run into the spiders which freak out everyone except Usoppe, who thinks they're cute.

I love the Bon Clay turned to Nami flash and Nami's happiness punch scene. Usopp, Chopper's and Luffy's expression on the first one was just too damn funny. They were like "OMG BOOBS!!"
Those scenes also showed that Luffy does indeed have hormones and he's aware and turned on by the opposite sex.
You already have a screencap of the Happiness punch. Can you post the Bon Clay one?

In Arabasta, after the fighting is over. Luffy wakes up, and everything from him waking up to them eating dinner. I love that whole scene.
Luffy loves his food. No one comes between Luffy and his meshi.
i also like the scene from the newest ep, where nami ties the whistle to the mast and then yells at zoro, luffy, robin, and sanji that they're not allowed to use the whistle
