So I tried downloading the latest Naruto today from DB and it didn't start. It's been 30 mins and still says 0.0% done, ? remaining and Download Rate: KB/s. Also I tried downloading Bleach and a few more. They both don't work. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Sounds like there are no seeds for those torrents your trying to download. For Naruto, check the torrents section here on GW like kAi suggested. As for Bleach, I don't know which fansubber you follow but there are plenty of seeds for each episode of Bleach from Lunar.
