    ROFL! I don't think she would be too happy about to hear that. You misidentified Rin Tohsaka's seiyuu as a male?

    Mizuki Nana all the way for me. She has a really good character range and sings very well (huge vocal range there too).

    Sayaka Ohara right behind her. In terms of the extremes, she might outrange Mizuki Nana on character types, and no one has a sexier evil witch voice.
