since we never knew who are naruto parents and why would the 4th hokage jus put kyuubi on some random baby..., and if the 4th is naruto's father because of the hair color and resembalance( and alot of hint in the anime and manga) then who is naruto's mother that we never saw???it never said naruto's mother died giving child birth, maybe her mother had a bloodline limit or even the leader of akatsuki or whatever, that would be ironic....

It's also possible that Shikamaru's grandfather is actually related to Sarutobi's great step-father, who had two hidden bloodlines and passed them on to Akatsuki's top-ranking ninja.

No, he doesn't have a bloodline. The whole idea of Naruto being a shit character at the beginning is to show that someone who sucks balls can become great (of course, with the help of the DEMON FOX).
Naruto's bloodline limit, is his annoying tenacious attitude that no one can stand.
