"[AonE]_Naruto_26_50" : IO Error [Errno 13] Permission denied: "\\[AonE]_Naruto_26_50\\[ANBU-AonE]_Naruto_34_[7F018581].avi"

This is the error message I have been getting for the past 6 hours every time I try and resume this torrent. I had reached 50% until required to restart my computer due to another program. Before restarting, the torrent was downloading quickly and smoothly. After restarting, I resumed the torrent and once it had begun downloading, it gave me this error message. I chose to restart the download again, and would only download a few k before stopping me.

I deleted the ENTIRE directory I had downloaded and tried to start anew, but now it doesn't even try to download anything before denying me permission. I am running Bittorrent 4.0.2 on a stable cable connection. Am I doing something incorrect?
