Besides, a weaker rasengan isnt a "stage 1 rasengan"....if its stage 1, then its not a rasengan at all. I can expect jiraiya to have the talent to control exactly how much power is put into it and whether or not it will be fatal, but naruto shouldn't have that kind of skill.

tsunade cant really change her age, just her age appearence, she still IS like 50 some years old...
