    If you use an Expert Salvage Kit on an item with a prefix or suffix, you have a chance to acquire that upgrade component. It doesn't work on collector or quest-reward items. Example:

    You find a "Hale Fire Staff of Enchanting". If you use an Expert Salvage on it, you will either get "Hale Staff Head", "Staff Wrapping of Enchanting", or some wood planks.

    This is my new necro that I use for random arena. I just made it last night and I love it.

    Here's a piece of friendly advice to anyone that plays random arena: unless you can withstand 100 dmg per second, stay far away from me.
