Yeah, I think this is relevant to the releases.

I haven't downloaded version 2 but I'm assuming they released a second version because in the v. 1, the translator didn't know what "sukebe" meant. He requested that someone tell him on the actual subbed version. That's my guess.

You could also place your warnings a bit more in the subtle way instead of getting all angry, because youre only creating the exact opposite effect with your agressive stance.

Every moderator has a different style. If you're not happy with the way we do our jobs, feel free to bring that to our attention, but this is not the right place for it. The rules of this thread are clearly stated both at the top of the thread and in the Rules forum. It gets very frustrating to see those rules disregarded in EVERY release thread. Don't post here again unless you have information about releases. User has been warned.
