um...just a screencap? why dont you save it as a jpeg?
I saved it as a bmp so it wouldnt lose quality, ya its just a screen capture, but its a large one, hehehe,

A jpeg at 90 quality would of been best way to go. Yet in windows a bmp is native and better to use for backgrounds. Here is a link to the same file in a rar file, lol it compresses to 865k lol next time I send a background, it will be more than a screen shot, and I'll have a jpg preview of it and a hi-rez bmp in a rar, lol where is tha link

ya jpg would ruin the quality on all those different colors and what not. =P The picture is too bland to worry about quality loss imo.
