    How long do it take for a episode to get translated if it is allready out (RAW)

    First, wrong section for this topic. Second, look here for a basic gist of how fansubbing works. Third, these people have LIVES (like you and me) so they try to fansub (which is a free service) in their spare time. So to answer your question, it depends on how much free time they have to work on the whole fansubbing process and release the episode. Hope I could help.
