Actually, Samurai 7 has been finished by a group known as Katana Fansubs. They haven't finished it in the most conventional way however, due to the fact that they only provide the subtitle files and expect the viewer to put the subtitles on a RAW file of the episodes using Vobsub. There is no fear though as a nice person has done this in their time and put a batch torrent on Boxtorrents containing those episodes.
