    new msn virus

    im an idiot i clicked a link in msn that a mate had supposedly sent, wen i downloaded the file to my horror it was a virus.

    i need help as i cant get rid of it. its called project1 and it distributes itself to all of ur contacts that are online
    i have run vet and adaware, i am computer noob and seriously need help
