    Now ... I'm out of shape, but I can handle 2 flights of stairs without breathing hard or breaking a sweat.

    Also, personal hygeine is totally in order here. I mean ... if you don't wipe your ass well enough to get the shit that's in it out of it, and you don't shower regularly, of COURSE you're gonna be all sticky and nasty.
