    No, he didn't, Jiraiya taught the 4th. The 4th just taught Jiraiya Rasengan.

    you guys are referring to an error made by AA where they put the translation of Jiraiya's name next to Naruto's name. In reality, jiraiya's name was next to the name next to naruto's name, and the name next to naruto's is something that can't be translated
