I dunno I mean Truthfully I cannot think of any TV series that are american cartoons that even stand up to the Japanese counterparts.....infact most of the cartoons we have in america are forign.

I was thinkin more like Disney/Pixar type movie creations.

Awesome, I've been waiting for this ep. Gotta say, Eureka needed some makeup.
Don't believe in yourself, believe in me, who believes in you.

Yikes!, Why would Gidget trust an inexperianced non-human to put on her own makeup the first time and not royally screw it up. Whatever, good slowdown ep, with all the recent action this ep did a good job of revealing more backstory and setting up for the next plot advancement. Diane was nothing like I expected, but I hadn't really thought about her at all. She probobly went off to see the Coralians in a cave somewhere and could very possibly show up in the future, perhaps at this 'Great Wall' that was spoken of.

And only one more ep needed for E7 DVD #2, I hope it comes out soon, I really need the space.

The whole makeup thing was hardly surprising, so in that sense Lucifus was right. And that also explains why Gidget left her to do it herself: They just wanted the freakshow scene in the script.

Better than the makeup in this episode was in my opinion, however, Holland's encouragement for Renton, and of course the history with Diane, although I have to agree with Yukimura. I thought Diane had a much more prominent character and role.

Well, they seem to have decided to advance things between Eureka and Renton at a really slow pace. But I guess I'm ok with that; it suits their characters.

Leave it to our own Agent Bauer to reveal this bit of information first...

    Thumbs up Masa's 'Blow-by-blow' analysis of e7 episode 36

    36
7:00 - Sticking with the slightly modded, brighter intro i see.
7:03 - Orange looks like (two? )awesome fucking battleship(s). Bout time Dewey got some better firepower
7:04 - Norbu cracks me up. He's like a teenager
7:05 - love the Renton and Eureka noticing the 'scars'. Nice contrast. And the scratch remover going over Eureka's face in the reflection. Those are the little things I love in this show.
    7:08 - fucking women's logic...
7:09 - LOL at Young Holland's voice! 12? He doesn't even look much different in that flashback.
7:12 - Don't know if it was intentional or not but I like the 'picture frame/mirror' pause.
    The razor was awesome too.
    7:13 - Adrock Thurston ftw!
End A part thought: I haven't enjoyed an episode of e7 like this for a long time! I'm loving the reflection imagery. Great choice in episode title too.

Start B part hope - Just keep it going!
    7:15 - Eureka taking notes
7:18-19: More imagery than you can shake a stick at and good dialogue to boot!
7:20-21 - Feel that atmosphere change? The kids even started crying!
7:24 - Upgraded LFOs, battleship(s?). Didn't the typeEND get an upgrade too? I'm hoping they make swiss cheese out of the Gekko-go next time.

The ED goes soo well with this episode! It's like they had this (and maybe Talho's hair cutting) in mind when they made the ED

Dewey getting them riled up in the next episode preview.

Seriously awesome episode. Lots of backstory that was most necessary, great dialogue, some of the best use of themes I've seen in awhile, Dewey regrouping.

Humans are different from animals. We must die for a reason. Now is the time for us to regulate ourselves and reclaim our dignity. The one who holds endless potential and displays his strength and kindness to the world. Only mankind has God, a power that allows us to go above and beyond what we are now, a God that we call "possibility".

It intresting how Thurston family don't look in any way like superstarts but just regular people.

I have to say most of the fancy theories at the beginning of this episode escaped me. They were suddenly talking about dimensions all the way up to 10, and then the smelly priest added in some religious speech, and the scientist suddenly understood everything. I wonder just what that whole scene actually hoped to achieve...

I can't help but wonder how long Dominic will be able to cope with the situation. Does anybody remember when things last time went the way he wanted? Dewey must be just a sadist to keep the dude around, when everything goes against his wishes and he's in a constant ethical and moral disagreement with the current events. And he doesn't seem to be in command of anything anymore, not since the children soldiers appeared. For a long time I thought Dominic just endured everything in order to take care of Anemone, but after this episode he would need to be a real saint to do that any longer. If he even got a chance anymore, anyway.

I think it's pretty clear that at some point, Dominic will betray Dewey. I've been thinking that ever since Dewey stopped caring about Anemone's well being. He certainly doesn't care about her now. He showed infinitely more pride in those creepy little girls than he ever has in Anemone, she's just the means to fulfill the end he wants. Dominic will either betray Dewey in order to save Anemone, or after she's dead.

    Link removed (at Nanashi's request)
I know you didn't mean bad Yuk, but wouldn't you not exactly appreciate someone 'promoting' what is as close to an act of fansub plagiarism as possible?

I give you this with several addendums that must be taken into account before you download it. From what I have gleaned over the net, this torrent (specifically the episodes not really Nanashi releases) was created from early translations of Nanashi scripts that somehow got out over Usenet (I thnk it was Usenet) some group/person took the sub files and overlayed them on l33t-raws releases of the later episodes of E7 and this torrent was born.

    Issues:
First, the translations are a draft not Nanashi's final products, meaning there might be errors here and there that would have been caught by their QC process later on.

Second, the timing for eveything was just guesswork by whoever did this, so it probobly won't synch up always. Especially the previews for the next episode, I've hear they don't play.

Third, I have read that at least one of the episodes is corrupt, so your SooL if you do DL it.

In conclusion, if you really have to see this series ASAP, then download the batch file above, I for one have never been that appreciative of high quality ove rnot terrible in fansubs, but out of sheer laziness I choose not to bother and just wait for the official releases from Nanashi.

PS: I've only been actively partaking of the fansub comunity for about two years, but I think this is the first true bootleg fansub i've ever seen. I never thought it was possible to bootleg fansubs, but I guess I was wrong.

EDIT: MAJOR MY BAD, I didn't know that they wanted distribution stopped if possible, I don't really like what was done either, but since I didn't glean any anger from the Nanashi staff on the forums (plenty of peeps were though) I figured they were just ignoring it. Sorry!!!!!
