    Eureka7 OST 1 and 2, plus 3rd and 4th OPs/EDs

Also has some pretty cool pics in it and it's nice that it has the additional OPs and EDs.

As far as I know the third OST isn't out yet, but can anyone confirm that?

Lightbulb You don't want in-depth thoughts on Eureka7? Too bad

Stoner is an awesome character. Most 'narrator only' types I can't stand but he just has this relatable and understandable attitude. You really get a feel for his thoughts.

Oh the great differences between the sexes... While it was a bit over-exaggerated I liked seeing Matthieu and Doggie's lines of thought and how they differed with the girls. Stoner, of course, was the only one who actually had a handle on the situation.

Great contrast too between the 'girls' camp and 'guys' camps and then Talho/Holland's more mature and real situation.

    I disagree.

The flashback gives us a little more info on the Amita and Compac Drives. From what Norbu said and what we know about Despair it is clear that a soul can go into a Compac Drive. In the flashback Adrock pulls the Amita Drive off of the Nirvash's Compac during a Seven Swell. When Eureka wakes up the Swell is over and Adrock has simply vanished without a trace.

From this I get the sense that the Seven Swell and the large Coralians (Great Wall included) are kinds of 'gates'. The Seven Swell especially seems to be some kind of special gate for souls, connecting them to a higher level of 'the other dimensions' (remember Norbu's words in the last episode) that Coralians almost assuredly come from... The only time the Seven Swell can be achieved is when a Coralian and a human, along with a Compac and Amita Drive, interact all together.

From Despair (leaving the body but not the soul) and general LFO stuff we've seen that humans interact on their own with Compac Drives. But the Amita Drive (taking Adrock's body & soul) seems to come from 'the other side of the gate'...

The word Amita in any kind of usable context outside of the series is found in Buddhism. One of five celestial buddhas in Buddhism the Amitabha is a Buddha that people, upon dying, can pray to to take them to 'the Pure Land', basically helping the souls about to be reincarnated in the (undesirable) cycle of rebirth to be born into higher dharmas (destinies/forms of reincarnation). Basically the Amitabha is like a guide towards Nirvana, the ultimate state of being.

The Amitabha was once a man who undertook 48 vows in order to create 'the Pure Land' as a place where souls could go to seek a higher state of rebirth and aid them towards Nirvana. The most famous of these vows is the 18th, vowing that those who call upon Amitabha as few as ten times will enter the Pure Land.

The name 'Amitabha' is a combination of Amita ('boundless/infinite') and Abha ('light/splendor'). It can also be called Amitayuh (he whose life is boundless)

More about this can be found on Wikipedia.

And yes, I think this is an excellent angle from which to approach the future themes of Eureka7 from.

Once again, Stoner is the man.
...but not as cool as Dewey... Make that King Dewey

LOL at that Sage using the term 'onus' in an actual sentence. He deserved a bullet just for that.

edit to below - I wholly disagree with your opinion. It seems all the small things I so enjoy about this show are nothing to you at all, which makes me a little sad. It's not always supposed to be whizbang animation, catchy tunes and feel-good attitudes.

Well I kind of agree I mean im still watching this show but to tell you the truth there are very few episodes wear I find myself enjoying this show I don’t think it needed to be 50 eps this show has had way to many pity parties. Renton has been depressed Eureka has been depressed Holland has been depressed Talho has been depressed people who im not even going to bother to name have been depressed. Its too much there have been very few moments wear I have had a good feeling watching this show like the time when Renton suggested they go and ref in that competition I though that would be an opportunity to see something cool but nope. This show has amazing animation quality considering the length, and a soundtrack that im listening to atm but there hasn’t been anything else groundbreaking. The first two episodes wear the best ones the rest has just been stuff I have had to watch to get to the end.

    Angry Thieves Masquerading as Angels

A new group has released episode 40 of Eureka Seven.

HOWEVER this group is using Nanashi-Fansubs scripts, not creating their own

They are calling themselves "Seraph Fansubs" and they're releases are based off the leaked scripts from Nanashi.

They've decided to just start at episode 40, cutting right in line.

I personally refuse to even link to them and would ask others to kindly wait for Nanashi's releases, since they put alot of time and effort into their work and have brought us everything about this great anime so far.
