neji was in a different room and couldnt see it (medical room) neji wouldnt beat sasuke because sasuke is still a lot faster. Sasuke could probably own the kidumaro (spider guy) (he wasnt strongest, oro said tayuya or sakon/ukon was) because once sasuke used chidori all webs would break at impact with it and using his speed sasuke would be able to find kidumaro in no time to land a chidori on him.
