Kakashi and my own creations

This is my first time making something in photoshop that wasn't already there (ie. fixing renders and some pics) but I have made this sketch and soon will be colouring, tracing kakashing from a screenshot

And then here is my own creation for a buddy of mines RPG of my character. I will first tell you that he is based largely on the Naruto universe in that since Kakashi is my favorite character, he shares some similarities of him, and of Shikamaru. Being that he acts lazy, looks cool, and has a scar of his right eye (instead of his left like kakashi) The only thing i needed help in and i had to trace was the eyes, ears and how the jawline is created, the rest is my own work ... still working on it so its not done.

What you all think. BTW, that thing on the rough that surounds the character is realy going to end up being a hood pulled back and a cloak.

Anyway, any C and C is welcome, and his eye will not have Sharagen (lol), instead its a dead eye like any normal person would have ... with a twist ofcourse, it is an anime RPG after all.

I hope to finish this before I head back to school on the 8th of Sept.

Well, here it is, two versions, the big version with no a white background, and still too large ( I was supposed to shrink it, but I don't mind showing some errors because that is also part of the art aswell [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] ) and the final draft. Hope all you Kakashi fan's like it, I didn't use the pre-set skin tones from the screenshot's since it was vary white and i wanted to add some colour to his skin tone.

Now with Kakashi done, I can start working on my RPG character ... If i ever work myself up to it lol!

Thanks again, any C&C is always welcome. Any major issues with Kakashi i will try and fix those (I won't even try sharenegen, since the final image is the set size it's supposed to fall back to, it wouldn't show and its a pain in that ass to draw, I have tried)

sometimes in kakashi fanart, what people will do is instead of drawing out the sharingan, they'll just make his left iris red and his right one black

yeah ... I know what you mean Assern Failure but I was copying a screenshot to see how close I can match certian parts to it. And even though I know the sharengen is there, the screenshot just had it black.

And animemaster, will do, next on the list is the RPG character, and then probably one of the bad asses from Samurai Champloo and then Seskue and Naruto, one doing chidori the other resengen.

nice work man kakashi looks awesome he doesnt have his sharingan tho ;P. btw that sig of yours is too big, sig size is 400x80 or smaller

Oh, really! :S , sorry I will try and fix that as soon as possible, i was following a slight toturial on the size and background of a sig, and they had it as 410X100.

Sorry about that, seems one of my buddies want me to make an RPG character for them too! *rolls eyes* starting to think i should have kept my mouth shut lol. j/k

Ok, heres another update on my RPG character. I think i got most of the head done, and the neck, but i am starting to think i should disguard with the cloak i came up with.

What you all think? I could probably change it and have him kneeling down.

Anyway, if I get rid of the cloak, that means i have to start making his body ... and the body armour ontop of that which i must say will be a bitch i think but I am willing to try it anyway. The body armour is studded leather, and its mostly a breastplate, fore arm bracers, and thigh leggings. What I could do is having him kneeling down, with one hand dug into the dirt, and the other, resting on the raised knee.

Because i started the RPG with little money, I had to create a cheap weapon ... a kunia. Too bad its no Katana, but hey what can you do?

Hope you like what I have come up with, my buddies RPG character will be anime, but a sorta vampire like in D in VH:Bloodlust, except bald, an wears massive heavy plated armour. So i might wan't to go with the body of my character as practice.

Ok, here's another update of my character, I got rid of the cloak, I started thinking it was becoming more of a cop out if i keep it. Plus he looks evil ... and I am sort of trying to work out with annoyed and not soo evil.

I am right now making his body armour. The only armour thust far is the shape of the studded leather breastplate. What do you all think?

but the line on the face looks out of place
the cloak before looks like he had a hunch back

LOL, yeah, i know ... I am re-working it now, he's sort of leaning forward i think ... this is all done with a mouse, I don't have a tablet and I wish i did have one. And that character, the body wise and all ... has no sketch undernieth it, its all trial and error and trying to stick with my "minds eye" of what he looks like.

Ok, this is the last of the updates for this character, I might begin working on my buddies character now not sure.
Here he is, I got the arms in the position i like, i have shuriken in his fingers, i got his legs (still working on those) and his upper body should be completed now besides adding the metal studs on the breastplate.

EDIT: Crap, i forgot about the scar on his right eye! Well, better update it tomorrow with it then lol.

but the proportions look kinda off, mostly the left arm
the head looks a little big, but like you said, he's leaning forward
