Action is the one i chose, altough the comedy is funny in most animes, the action is quite cooler + in most action animes, IMO, there is more story and charater devolpment. ^^

actually both but i chose comedy, cuz of in most action anime i've seen i liked the jokes even more than the action scenes (well... sometimes ^^; http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/unsure.gif )

i think i'll go with action. most of the fighting scenes and stuff are incredible. plus i love anything action. its just so exciting (= but i think i would much rather watch an action/comedy http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif

I voted action... My primary reason is to watch action anime... I only watch comedy when I've watched too much action already... it is like a tension breaker so that I can watch even more action...

I chose action because anime can do incredible things, but comedy is just comedy.

Action. Saint Seiya anime hasn't got any humor, but it still proved to be a classic anime. Whereas anime like Ranma doesnt quite cut it, so... action!

Action is great, and I certainly watch tons of it, but only anime can exaggerate some of the funniest things ever. Action I'll want to watch more than once, but comedy, I can fall over my chair just recalling it.

I feel in every anime you need some comedy, and some action, but overall i would have to say action, considering my favorite anime's are DBZ, Naruto, One Piece etc. but all those above have a bit of comedy, so i think they almost have to go together, but if I had to choose, it would be action. http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/tongue.gif

I would only vote for action if more action animes were like Macross Zero because Gundam Wing isn't that good. There are just to many people getting betrayed. And kids remember: this poll is about 100% action and 100% comedy not something like Rurouni Kenshin or Naruto that has both. Maybe I will make another poll about that later.

Much as I LOVE the comedies, I guess I'd pick action (sorry, EH!). If I had to. Can't live without my Hellsing...

if we're talking about 100% action or 100% comedy, I can easily vote comedy, cuz 100% action is mostly shit (Taken and co.) while comedy has quite a few decent animes (Love Hina, Excel Sage), to say the least.
but anyway, for next time, don't do polls of too close geners, try doing horror VS comedy, of you don't see them together, so we won't confuse them.
