jing, nope that's not Jowy. It's Yuber from Suikoden 3, one of the major villains. He was also in 1&2... but back then he had an armor, and appeared much less.

Yeah 2 is great, it's the best in the series.
And that's right, Jowy's in the background... along with Riou and several other S2/3 charas.
