I'll try to explain parts of the video, though I do not know the origin.
1. Instructors may not know what they're actually teaching.
2. Students/young people are oblivious sometimes to what they're being told and thus conform to their instructors' ideologies and method of training which dwindles creativity/innovation.
3. The stresses of the working salarypeople is so strenuous that it may divide a person into bipolarity which reflects the Japanese culture. Their mannerisms are revered for being very polite, but deep within their thoughts, the people may hold malicious intent - this is clearly seen on 2channel and other similar Japanese boards where the messages shared aren't as friendly as in real life.
4. Because the old man had utters, it symbolizes how his family is milking him for everything he has (money).
5. The bloodsucker had a face of an elderly person. This symbolizes that the older people are depending so much on the younger populations that they've actually become like leeches. Japan will be facing a demographics crisis within a couple decades and with a pyramid base trying to balance itself on a pyramid peak (pensions, welfare, living with children/grandchildren, etc.), it's bound to collapse.
6. How the delinquents in society can intimidate and mentally break apart a Japanese adult with rude etiquette and mannerisms.
7. etc.
Like I said, people, learn how to look at the bigger picture.
