They only showed one side of his body, left or right, I am not sure which one. So you dont know if the other one went back or not. I dont think he has a particular number of lives.
This is first time we have seen his revival technique, I think. I cant remember when they showed the dots on his ears earlier.
Trust me he had more dots before in his ear go and check any old ep if you dont believe me.
He isnt immortal and any ninja can die easy in Basilisk even one as Tenzen.
Tenzen aint good, he's just able to use his revival technique, otherwise he gets pwan everday! lol

DIdn't occur to me that'd be a demon inside of Tenzen. I mean thus far we've only seen these ninja rely on their own skills and genetic qualities alone. That's why my first impression of Tenzen reviving himself was that maybe he retreats into his head and re-enters a recessive being inside of him, then gets to work healing his own departed body back to health. Sounds weird I know, but I dunno, it also reminds me of those stories of conjoined twins, where one never fully develops and instead gets lodged like a small disfigured apple in his twin bro's stomach or ribs or whatever like a parasite for life. Or those bizarre cases of cancer lumps that develop an actual set of teeth and hair and stuff.
Anyway, that Obfkufu or whatever talks too slow. I'm also sad Koshiro had to die, cuz he was suffering a lot with Oboro and his never rectified mistrust of the Koga.

I don't think Basilisk was ever done completely by one group. According to the eps I have IY-F/K-F stopped subbing it at 7 when it became licensed. Okoi^Sugoi picked it up afterwards from 8-12 then decided to stop and now we have Nonamewinners for 13-19. I never downloaded kraze's eps so I can't compare them to these groups nor do I know if Kraze is still subbing Basilisk.
