1. not being able to do mange sharingan
2. not being able to fight against a mange sharingan
cuz don't you have to be a full uchiha? or am i wrong?
CONFUSING, NO? http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/ph34r.gif </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'>
The "half uchiha" thing isn't right. If an ability like that is linked to blood, it would be genetic. Dominant and recessive genes work this way:
There are two gene types, dominant and recessive. Let's call the dominant Sharingan gene "S", and the recessive non-Sharingan gene "n". Given 2 gene types, there's only four combinations:
SS Sn
nS nn
In 2 out of 4 cases, the user would have the dominant Sharingan gene, and would possess the ability. In one of the cases, they will be like Itachi and Sasuke, and ... I guess, it'd be called having the bloodline limit, as in the most powerful it can be. In the last case, the "nn" case, the person would have no ability at Sharingan, and wouldn't even be able to pass it down.
Now, assuming Sasuke is "SS", he could continue the family by having children with anyone, because 3 out of 4 of his children would have the ability. It gets tricky afterwards, because his children have children with other people (assuming they aren't incenstuous), and then depending on which child it is (SS, Sn, nS, or nn), their chances are either 1 in 4, or 1 in 2, for their children to possess the ability. Those children have to marry other children with the trait for the family to continue.
Easy, no?

If the S is dominant then even an Sn person could use sharingan, but that doesn't cover everything.
Since so many of you claim to studied bio101+, does anyone of you remember something called multiple alleles and multigenic inheritance? For those that didn't take bio courses or simply can't remember, multiple alleles means more then two types of alleles can exist for the same gene in a population. For example: S, n and m (muhahahahaha) are all alleles for the same "sharingan gene". Possible combo would be sn sm nm all coding for the same particular character. Multigenic inheritance means that more then 1 gene controls a particular character. So beside the s,n and m (hide smirk) there could be say ... another gene with the allelles F U determine whether or not the phenotype (sharingan).
Ok to simplified things all the above means that maybe sharingan is controlled by more then 1 gene and if S and F are dominant (and require to process sharingan).... any of the following genetic combo would work:
SS FF
Sn FF
Sm FF
Sm FU
Sn FU
SS FU
and lets not go into the what not if sharingan is a recessive trait http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/sleep.gif||||
If we are talking about phenotype (physically having sharingan or not) there is no "half-Uchiha", either you have it or you don't. Speaking genetically "half-Uchiha" doesn't not make them anything less then a "full-Uchiha" as long as the gene they process are dominant.
Making thing even more complicated is the fact that the sharingan have to be "awaken", based on what Sasuke did and said in the earlier manga chapter not a lot of Uchiha have sharingan, which could lead to some disturbing and interesting conclusion ....

Depend on whose the father ....
Abilities-wise unknown ... genetic is random chance after all.
Going way too deep? http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/tongue.gif Hey you guys brought it up and I just want to fill my 2 cent in that's all ...

I thought about the fact that I had done the little genetic list for Sn parents, but realistically, if the siblings mate (not unheard of in feudal societies), bam, you're back to Mange Sharingan, PLUS the child has two heads (because of inbreeding). Talk about fucked, what would Itachi do versus TWO mange sharingans!?!
( http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/em...s/rolleyes.gif that's a joke, no need to bring back the whole "ITACHI IB SBETTAR THAN EVERYOVNE" thread.)

there is no need for two mange Sharingans. Udon's "Dividing numbers" sharingan is enough to defeat itachi.
P.S. Waiting for the comments from itachi_ and dazzz: "dood, that's old, it's not funny anymore" http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif

Udon is immortal, Power PMV. He can't ever get old.
Hey, post a link to that "Perfect fighter" thread, just to show Itachi being owned with his "katana in hand".
