2> Hand to hand combat... well... if Neji charges to Sasuke at very begining, Sasuke will have no chance but accept hand to hand combat As long as Neji did not lose Sasuke, hand to hand combat will not lose effect.

by the way, about the blind point of byakugan, I don't think sasuke can keep hiding in byakugan blind point all the time... Neji can keep moving to eliminated it (and Sasuke did not know the byakugan blind point yet! I think... It take time for him to know and search, and there is no way Sasuke can find when he is in hand to hand combat all the time)

Pre-timejump Sasuke was only physically able to throw 2 chidori. We know Neji can hold Kaiten for quite a little while and once Sasuke wastes his first shot, then what?

Don't go there again...we talked about this already. Neji doesnt NEED kaiten to stop chidori. And you settled with the idea that Sasuke will just stay long range instead. Wow he got this ONE weakness. And it's not even ez to find and on top of that, even if you did find the spot, then wat? It's not like Neji doesnt know about this. It's nothing compare to Sasuke's weakness. 1) can only use chidori 2 times 2) seal drains his chakra like crazy 3) he cant stay in seal level 2 for long (in the fight with naruto, he only held it long enough to use his chidori once and he was in pain, so tell me how he can fight Neji in this state?)

wait......chidori can cancel out rasengan but it cant penetrate kaiten? rasengan is essentially a super-concentrated version of the kaiten....

Sasuke's got 3 pupils now.....which is essentially the same as what kakashi had in the beginning of the series. Granted, sasuke's been acting unusually noobish and not taking full advantage of his sharingan, but technically he should be able to pull stunts such as hypnosis (if you remember in the fight against zabuza....the only thing zabuza could do to withstand the sharingan was to fight with his eyes closed). In other words, neji's byakugan would do nothing but hinder him.

As far as Neji's chakra, he's good at reserving it, and Sakon told Sasuke he would literally go out of his mind if he stayed in seal mode for too long, so he would have to beat Neji quickly.

if u want to know what sasuke stat is after three years same goes for neji too. we don't know what he did so far to improve his skills. neji could have come with a newer move that stronger and better then 64 points thing he does. same goes for sasuke. right now based of what we know all the evidence suggest neji would win the fight.

Sorry Jadugar I'm gonna go with Neji on this one. Sasuke can only do so much (fireballs) as a long range fighter. Even with Sasuke being Curse seal lvl 2 hes gonna be in a hurry to finish the fight quickly and pay for it with his life. Face it Sasukes owned sealed or not.
