Wow. Haqua fail. She fell for Fiore's trick so easily. She should really have more faith in Keima. She didn't trust her buddy before, and she was wrong then, and now she doesn't fully trust Keima and look where it got her.
Thankfully Nora isn't nearly as stupid as she acts. They've done a decent job moving her out of being comedy relief. She is a good supervisor, treats her people with (enough) respect, and doesn't tolerate misdeeds.
This stuff with Tsukiyo and Vulcan...meh. I wasn't much of a fan of her then, and I'm still not now. She's always been a bland character as far as I am concerned.
I thought we weren't getting a new chapter until next week due to the situation.
Interesting to see what is happening to Tsukiyo... I didn't expect thing to progress this far for her so fast. Specially since things have gone so slow with Ayumi and Chihiro who have appeared more.
Fiore is really calm... I don't know if she knows Kanon/Apollo is there though.
Fiore is a bitch. Seeing her sitting there all casually just irked me the wrong way. I eagerly await to see her confidence shattered.
I'm guessing Tsukiyo/Vulcan is progressing faster than Tenri/Diana because she a little less shy and she is the one initiating the kiss rather than Keima.

I liked the part where the girl was naked and had a collar around her.
Indeed. Fiore got a well deserved thrashing, and then got her dignity taken away and abused by Nora (it's what Nora does best).
I preferred the parts with Diana getting jealous about Vulcan's wings. It's been a while since we saw Diana, and her threatening jealously is just very funny. Combine that with Vulcan obviously playing up her poor hearing and vision as worse than they are to take advantage of Keima and make Diana even more jealous.
This chapter was simply fabulous... though Ryll beat me to the punch regarding Diana / Tenri. Nora playing with Fiore's bottle was awesome.
It sucks that we probably won't ever see this animated. Not with 12 episode seasons.
The second season was confirmed pretty fucking fast, i'm sure that at the very least we'll get some OVAs on this eventually
If it's already like this i can't even imagine the clusterfuck it will be when they've reunited all the sisters after they've fallen for Keima.
I think it depends on how the 2nd season goes. A lot also depends on the pacing. The first season felt a bit slow, and I think it could have gone a bit faster without sacrificing any character development. If everything moves faster, the anime should catch up.
It would be great to see the more serious chapters animated.
Without going into much detail... yeah... Ayumi's arc was 60 page long in the manga and was crammed into a single episode. Whereas Mio's arc, Kanon's arc and Shiori's arc despite having 2 to 4 20-page chapters, they were given 3 to 4 full episodes. So yeah... I loved the series as it was, but too little material was covered to think they will ever animate the Goddess.
On the manga again...
I too wonder what will happen when the other Goddess awaken. If things are already a bit tense between Tsukiyo/Vulcan and Tenri/Diana because of Keima... just wait until Apollo/Kanon recovers with Kanon already confessing to him. Add Ayumi and Shiori to the mix and woah...
I still have my doubts regarding Yui and Chihiro though.

I was glad for this chapter. I miss Elsie. Haqua has turned out to be surprisingly dumb, Fiore is a bitch, and Nora is Nora. This chapter started to show how really competent Elsie is at certain things, even if she is a complete airhead. It's a rather sharp contrast to the recent Haqua.
If I wasn't waiting for Kanon to awaken (seriously... I doubt she will awaken this easily... but we were trolled/teased with this weeks chapter) I would have welcomed the special with open arms. You are right... Haqua has been really dumb lately.
Decent chapter, but as Keima is pointed out, it does feel like a game storyline.
Which is the obvious running gag. While I am dissapointed Kanon didn't wake up already... this was needed to get more of the Goddess on the scene. Since now they obviously need Mercury's power... I hope we see more of Ayumi (who most of us agree has Mercury within her)Quote:

Though I agree with you on each of the points, I actually think the more interesting girls are the ones that don't have a goddess within. Particularly Ayumi, should that be the case. She was the first to display feelings for Keima again after her conquest without any deliberate interaction from Keima prior to this hunt. If she's one of the girls to turn out to not have one, that would be rather intriguing. Main problem is Keima is finding the WRONG Goddess. His main goal right now is saving Kanon/Apollo... and Vulcan did state they needed Minerva... and yet the one Keima found was Mars. So... he'll probably find Mercury next in Ayumi and at the end he will find Minerva in Shiori before moving onto the next plot... which will be vintage instead of normal captures.
Yeah but Kanon is stable now and none of the other characters are showing any evident signs of godhood so i think he can slack off a little on that part

My reference to Jun's arc was that Nikaido does indeed look younger in the flashback... and seeing the ages of characters like Elsie and Haqua, they don't age that fast. Unless Akari's power is also changing her appearance.
