I believe I got the idea of this horse mask when I read the Wikipedia article of H2O: Footprints in the Sand where there was a screencap of one of the game's unique feature to toggle to a non-sexual-eroge scene if a relative came into your room or house.
One of the screencaps was a picture of a man wearing a horse mask and this amused me so. I will be sharing this amusement with others on campus come Halloween (because doing it any other day is just a sign of psychosis).
